I just got the HB549F.702's a few days ago and they DO NOT have the retention clip on the outer pad for some reason! I'm wondering if Hawk had a batch of these that where shipped without installing outer clips?!?!?

the cup holder and shifter area just clips in so if you just carfully lift/ pull up it will lift off :)
