The 3080 was created as a replacement of the 3069. Since I imagine that the OEM rack was created back when the 5 was new the 3069 kit is probably going to be closer to what you currently have. I haven't managed to find any pictures of the 3069 kit.

Thule and Yakima do not come with locks by default. I believe the OEM rack comes with locks and I know the Inno comes with locks. Since a pack of 4 locks is normally around $50 this can add up.
