Upgrades from other models (junkyard mods)

I have worked in the tuner industry for years and now I have moved into the mazda side. I come from VW/Audi

One thing we love to do is cheap upgrades. since vw/audi makes so many parts interchange able upgrades from other stock parts are easy.

example certain audi's have duel piston calipers. these fit other vw/audui modems with a rotor change. Cams from the NA engines put into the FI engines increase the upper end, and so on

Is there a list of mods like this for us?
I know many things are trial and error.

doesn't have to be performance related either.

I would love auto headlights and bluetooth but my model doesn't have it can i easily add it?

I'd be interested in this as well.

One thing I've been eyeing is the Mazda 6 sunroof controller with the sunglass holder. My guess is it would pretty much be a direct fit (except for cutting a larger opening).

MS3 springs and swaybar will work on the 5...but the stance is a bit off IMO (too low in the back).

I'm sure there are some other small things.

I have heard that all 1999 and newer mazdas have interchangable wheels, so 18's onto the 5 are a popular swap.

From another poster the steering wheel is interchangeable from the 3.
