DID this Idea FALL off the Plate? Casinos in the area of Farmington NewMexico, or a party atmosphere in Durango CO. Plenty of activities in either area, and the drive into either is great most of the time. Lots to see.

I'd suggest: T-belt, tensionor pully w/the spring, valve cover gasket, AND the water pump. I'm just suggesting as I've seen the pully sieze up, or the valve cover leak oil. It all depends on what you want to spend.

Highly unlikely to be a fuse. Most likely a bad sensor or on the very very rare event, a faulty antenna (body side). Lemon Law isn't that easy, not in most states at least. Mostly in the Republican states is the L.Law so straight forward. I'm just saying. Also, if it's still pretty cold...

Ok well then, another cause: One of the sensors may have been damaged when the rubber was mounted on the rim. Did you change the meat on the rim too? Some places can test the radio freq. at each wheel to see if all the freq. are the same. I'm just trying to help.

Wrong sensors. You need to swap the sensors from the S3's wheels to the RX-8 set. The radio frequencies are different for the two systems.

Check out the Chico Keyfit system..pretty bad ass...German bastards built it so you know it's strict. That's waht I'm getting for my newborn. They're pretty damn cool looking too.

It might only be needing a PCM Re-flash. Sometimes after the Mfg. has recorded "common" concerns after a new model release, they find out that there were glitches in the software. So they re-write the coding, and then you take the vehicle in, the tech checks for possible re-flash (PCM) updates...

Have you heard of Modulated pulse width? Well your lights are controled by a module (computer). Who installed the trailer accessory? If it wasn't mazda certified, I'd look at having that control module checked out for proper CAN network communication.

Yes 5th can be serviced w/o pulling the trany, but isn't it worth the peak into everything at one time? Why put a bandaid on somthing that might need stiches?

Just became an owner of an '08 Speed3 last monday. Got rid of that damn awful WRX...my other car is an '02 P5!
