Check Sub frame alignment. The lower portion of the suspension is attached to the sub frame and if it is out of spec the alignment will be also. .02 Note also that tire pressure is also a great place to start.

Update, I reinstalled the stock exhaust and cat and guess what folks, no smoke what so ever.....

Chances are the differential mounts are suspect. Go to another dealer if the original cant solve it.
