    Where did you get the rear view mirror for $40? I see the installation kit 0000-8C-L01 for $40+ and the mirror 0000-8C-Z01 for $125+.

    How to remove tail light assembly to change bulb

    Take out the 2 screws and then gently but firmly and carefully pull whole assembly towards you. It is tight from factory but it will come off and then easy to put back on. Don't worry when you are pulling on it, they are made well and wont break. Just dont try prying with a screwdriver. Hands only.

    I broke off mine awhile back the same way you did. I was able to use a screw extractor to get the broken threaded portion of antenna out of base. Have you tried that 1st? btw: I then did go to the shark fin.

    I guess I got lucky. Found a OEM tail light at a Alabama bone yard on fleabay for $45 shipped. I hope now I will never know if the non oem tail light is any good.
