    Try out SenSen. I've heard rave reviews on this site. I think it's only shocks though. But you shouldn't need springs, the stockers should be OK. It's a Mazda 5 part number, so be sure to look that up. It works for Speed 3's.

    The only thing you have to do is splice the stock amp turn-on wire with the wiring harness one. Everything else is standard stuff. I got a double din Alpine in my car and it was uber straight forward install. Other than the navi hook ups and bluetooth mic.

    What I would do is...Take a precision flathead screwdriver, pry off the button. After said button has come off, I would "flick with my finger" the exposed part of the radio that the button has come from, to make sure that it is operating freely. If it is, put button back on and try it...

    The turbo back exhaust would help you in the downpipe and mid pipe area. After that, it's just plainly "wasted money". If you're hell bent on upgrading the exhaust, get a midpipe first. You can get one used for around $100

    My stock shifter (and fluid) also provide a nasty "grind" or "reluctance" to go into 2nd gear when cold. I've read a few stories about that with our cars. Every other gear is fine, just second. Weird!!

    I must agree with the swaybar answer.....I had some pretty nasty noises coming from my stocker before I replaced it with a Progress sway bar. Now I've only got a few squeaks in the wintertime to attend to.
