u should really only do a paint cleaner/clay bar, maby once twice a year. if not your gonna ruin the paint. its the same with polish but u can do that a bit more often. what u wanna do it, do a 4 stage on it. then just wash it and wax it the rest of the time :)

i had that problem with speed reducing very quickly when i let off the gas, i didnt get any reduced performance etc. when i changed my intake manifold it went away. :)
