Can't remove my O2 sensor!!

I need to replace my O2 sensor and now it is completely rounded. I've tried tossing a pipe wrench with helper bar on it and it still won't budge! Any suggestions!?

lots and lots of pb blaster and a good set of vise grips, i had the same problem

if vise grips dont work try a pipe wrench.

big vice grips after heating it with a torch first, get it hot. You might be able to get away with running the car so its hot but then everything around it will be hot too.

Best bet will be a torch

yea dude, torch saved my ass one time. the egr stud broke off the header and attached to the nut. i heated it up with lots of pb plaster and i was able to get it off. i was working on it all night trying to get it off, but after i went to pep boys and 10 minutes after i used the torch, it came off!

mull grips and brute force
