Well I got the Mustang bushings yesterday. Too big. I will keep trying to find a poly replacement.

Okay, I just got the replacement bushings from the dealer (revised with teflon on the inside) for the time being. Everything worked fine and it feels good, but I found some poly ones used for a mustang coming. I am pretty sure they will fit. I will update you all on how I make out.

I am going to change all of my motor mounts on my MP3 to Poly. I want the full motor mounts, not the inserts. What set should I get and what durometer? I don't want my car vibrating my eyeballs out of my head. Thanks.

My driver's side front sway bar bushing has slipped off and completely dissapeared. I figured I'd replace both of them with Supension Techniques greasable poly bushings. Took the old remaining passenger side bushing and brackets off. I tried the new poly bushings....wouldnt work. They are too...

Rod Bearings It really wasn't THAT hard, just takes time. You have to remove the oil pan and the aluminum plate above that, that the oil pan bolts to. In order to remove the aluminum plate, you must remove the transmission and flywheel to get to the last two bolts. AK!!! Once you get the...

Rod Bearings FYI, Changed the rod bearings. Wasn't that big of a deal. I never actually 'spun' a bearing. The bearings wore but never damaged the crankshaft. Back in business.
