Anyone know where I can view weather stirping kits online for 99+ Protege? Just trying to get an idea on prices and such.

I get the idle dip from time to time, stalled on me once. checked the common things but i've found nothing. I've got 83K now and just don't pay much attention to it anymore.

I've gotten over 35mpg on the highway on numerous occations My car as 82K i use regular Castrol GTX 10w-30 with the larger 626 OEM oil filter, i change every 5K. the only "mod" I have is a cheap cone filter I put in place of the stock airbox.

If i were you. I would just replace the head since it's all out of the car. this could save you a lot of "conversion" troubles. Also, RE-SEAL THE WHOLE MOTOR!!! Please redo all the seals (oil pan, front and read main, cam seals). if you have more questions i would go to www.miata.net they...

the Miata has absolutely nothing to worry about. case in point: the Toyota MR2 Sypder. it had better numbers but in every test the miata always came out on top and we know where the MR2 is lieing now...

there are 2 reasons why the MSM is hitting full boost at a different time than the MSP. 1:the MSP has a bigger motor 2:the MSM runs more boost but yes a downpipe will help out quite a bit probably.

the MS6 uses direct injection. you will have to redo your intire fuel management systems and ECU and wiring harness.

the motor in the MS6 is NOT the same motor that is in the 6i and the 3s. same "basic" block design, but that is about it.
