Just had a call from my dealer UK pricing and availability released today officially. 303 all in, including 2 hours of labour.
Not bad, still too much if you ask me. But for that price i'll likely get it. Rather that than try to do it myself. The lastime i took a car apart it was an RC car...

Dropped into the dealer to have a rattle from the MZD display checked. I asked the service guy to run the part numbers through their system and they came back with a guide price of 350.
The service guys was really interrested to know where i got the part numbers from, and why there was such a...
Interesting a German site has that part listed as 225 euros.
Full instructions, with P/Ns here and a chap in the UK having completed a self install apparently. Apologies if posting a competing forum breaks any rules:

Spoke to my local UK dealer about the update. He said it's been released but that was likely only for the new 6.
He had initial pricing at 550, which he said in his own words is horrendous. He also said the upgrade is not yet in the Mazda Uk accessory system, but that they had the pricing note...
I have to say that 2 months ago i was in that camp, but i "put up" with the new 2L petrol, and i have to say that it continues to suprise me. I swapped a 2016.5 to a 2017 model in Feb, after initially being hell bent on moving away from Mazda.
The Skoda Kodiaq and Karooq both looked more...
Quick question for any UK owners; i recently upgraded from a 2016.5 petrol sport nav to the 2017 equivelant. Despite reading that the fuel tank size is the same (56 litres) i'm getting up to 50 miles less per tank. I've gone fro 410/420 down to 367.
mpg wise i'm in the same zone (35 - 36). The...
I thought i'd give a 1 month update on my 2015 upgrade.
So far it's been very smooth sailing. The interior is a much welcome change and upgrade. Other people i've had in the car have commented on how well it appears and feels.
A 20 month old toddler plus the white leather is a nightmare, but a...
If you've got detailed specifics from the recovery agent (recall/bulletin number) then in your shoes i'd contact Mazda UK to see what they say about it whilst the dealer is doing the investigation. Quote them what the recovery agent said and ask why you've not been notified/contacted.
Sometimes...
Skippa i've got this fitted and i's a good piece of kit, that should be standard given the mirrors include power folding on UK models. It was 99 all in, which included the 30 mins labour for fitting.
1st of April is the UK launch date for the 2015 (US 2016) model.
I have a 2016 model, but the UK website still has the old model.
The date might be the same for the US.
On other thing, it seemed to work best for me when the phone was on the back seats. I don't know where the wifi antenna is in the car, but you'd think it'd be in/near the head unit.
If the 2 other phones don't work i'll go back to the dealer, but as wifi appears to be a European (possibly...
The only way i've got it to work so far is to enable hotspot on the phone, then start the electrics on your car. But enable the hotspot with security off.
The car should detect it, and then connect to it. You can then re-enable security, re-activate the hotspot and again the car should detect...
