New front brakes - hot but no smell

Hi All,
I just replaced the two front pads and rotors on my 2006 Mazda 6 with parts from Auto Zone. Driver side went on fine. Passenger side were tight getting on but once on and everything put back together, pressure came back to the pedal and all was fine. No smell, no scrapping and brakes worked good as new. Noticed after driving about 15 mins on the hwy that the passenger side rim in the center was hot to the touch. But no smell... I've read a lot about seizing calipers and hot, melting smell but that isn't true here. I don't want the rotors to ruin or the bearing oil to boil. I also don't want to replace something unnecessarily.

Is this something that I should wait out for improvement or just go ahead and replace the caliper on that side? I tried taking out the slide pin with an allen wrench to alleviate some of the pressure (if there is any). but the head has been badly stripped by whoever did these before. oh and not markings on the rotors or discoloration. Thanks in advance!
