Finally got my intake mani powder coated . Took me 3 hours to get everything done:
Here is the list:
EGR delete
Vtcs delete
Vacuum by pass
Coolant by pass
Ptp intake mani gasket....

What are the advantages of no EGR? Also do you mean a resister mod? I have never heard of a relay trick on an EGR.

EGR pumps in exhaust gases back into the intake so cylinder temps will be lowered.

ok that makes perfect sense but is their another reason why you would delte the egr system? Is the 6 and 3 prove to have a sticky EGR's like the proteges?

The powder coating work is fantastic. I love it! My only gripe, and this is just my personal preference, is the amount of blue wire loom you have in there. It takes away from the clean look of the PC'd parts and reminds me of spaghetti. But hey that's just me. Killer work bro.
