What have you done to your CX-5 today?

Didn't like the piano black plastic on my dash so I wrapped it in carbon fiber. Looks much better and blends really well with the black. Also received my wheel spacers, 20mm front and 25mm rear thanks to recommendations on this forum. Thanks!

How do you guys are wrapping, with that carbon fiber sheets?
It looks very good. I'm considering doing this myself as well.

I have installed these.
I did not take some proper pix, because my car is very dirty and my fog lights/inserts are removed.
I still have to paint my calipers, in red.
they fitted well, I don't feels any issues. I have used them on the streets only, when over bumps and it felt OK.
I will have to try them, on the freeway too.
On the front, they stick out a bit, but it's fine. I will install the factory mud guards.

Nice!!!(bowdown) I got it from ali-express look under cx5 genuine leather steering wheel. Its a tight fit so if you have leather wrapped st. wheel already, it may have to be removed but Im not sure as my model didn't have leather.

Appreciate your contribution to the forum btw.

That looks great. I've been looking for something like this, but with black thread. How difficult was it to put on? Thanks.

I have installed some projectors in the factory bracket, but I did not have time, or the weather did not permit to install them yet. Soon I will be installing them.

it goes over the arm rest, and it has extensions on it that you tuck under the crack between the rubber arm rest and the plastic under it. It comes with a little tool to do it. nothing is disassembled.

tibi you have to lower the subframe to get the upper arm bolt out. I'll be saving that for the self help shop (lift)

Thanks! Yep, carbon fiber replica vinyl sheets that are cut to fit. It's not real carbon fiber but has a 3d look and feel to it.

Chris, use a jack to support the vehicle. Put the floor jack under the lower control arm, lift the wheel a bit and remove it.
Then remove the two bolts from the camber arm, lower a bit the floor jack to release the tension, for the bolts to come out easier and remove the arm.

Did you buy used? Otherwise you must put some serious miles on to have needed to change the oil in the first week!

This showed up today(paddle shifter kit).
The additional lower wire, has arrived a couple of day ago, from japanparts.

You have to lower the subframe to get to that bolt for the camber arm.

Also, my t3 to vband adaptor (for exhaust) and racing beep front end links came in.

spoiler came in just needed it body matched.
Bought a 3 stage kit to try and paint it myself since most local places charge +$280 to paint (mostly labour).
