I'm with you on the squeaky brakes. I've never owned a car that the brakes squeaked so early in its life. I've had my cx5 since April 2012. Not too worried about it just embarrassing with such a new car.
I'll try that. I really think its just dirt. It's usually in the morning sometimes doesn't allways squeak. My wife noticed it too and thought the same as I did. It's too new to squeak.
All brakes aren't created equal. Some materials are inherently noisier than others. Alot of factors can cause squeals or squeak which don't necessarily indicate a problem. Temperature, humidity and dust can all play a role.
