I got mine off of eBay for $135... price went up though:

AND, make sure you know what version you want... "Driving", "Fog", or "Spot"

Do you mind elaborating the difference? Is it the total watt output, different angle brackets, etc? Thanks!

Its the light output pattern. I have the yellow "fog" version and believe they have the widest angle at 60 deg. I believe the driving lights were at 45 deg. and the spots were 30 deg.

in other words...
spot: long narrow beam pattern
driving: shorter, wider beam pattern
fog: widest shortest beam pattern

I had a set of the "spots" before I purchased my current "fog" version and personally prefer the fogs.
