You can try http://www.discounttiredirect.com or http://www.tirerack.com Since it is the end of the season, they may not have much in stock but should have some specials on what is left.

other deal just below 500

so really not a deal at all...mostly due to shipping and duty

Yeah the shipping duties and brokerage fees to Canada kill you, cheaper to buy here.
