Hi All
I have a 2002 P5 with stock wheels. I found out today that the slow leak problem I've had is a cracked rim (pissed). As $ is tight I'm going to search CL for some used rims ( the chrome is peeling from the other rims ) mount the snows on them and get new rims and tires when the tax return fairy visits in February. My dilemma, I have 205/55/16's They work fine with my stock 7" wide rims. I know there is an interference issue, 205/50's is the largest any site will recommend. My question is if I find rims that are 7.5" or 8" wide will they work without interference problems as the width should only affect width, not height dimensions. Any help or feedback appreciated.
