Weird belt squeak!!! 03 MSP

I have this squeak when I hear something click on in my engine and ONLY when I have the a/c also!! Somewhere I read it could be bad battery terminals and I'll admit mine are kinda old I never replaced them from the previous owner, the reason I don't think it's my belt is because I just changed them and only have had them for like 6,000 miles!! Please help!!!

It could be the belts, sometimes they may loosen up, all it needs is just to be re tighten !

But how do you tighten the alternator belt? Is it the bolt on top of the alternator by the firewall? Cause that's the bolt I tightened and it's helped a lot but i still hear an occasional squeak, is there a bolt I'm forgetting to tighten?? Let me know!!

There are three bolts to adjust the belts, a 14mm pivot bolt on the back, an adjustment bolt on the top and a locking nut for the adjuster. Loosen all three, tighten the adjustment bolt to the proper belt tension, then re-tighten the locking nut and pivot bolt.
