wastegate adjustment?

ok i have a forge wastegate and want to lower my boost, which way do i have to adjust it to lower the boost

which spring do you have in it?

Swap the spring versus adjusting the rod length. How much are you boosting and on what turbo?

5 pound spring currently the car has stock turbo, at 11psi right now want to drop it to 5, i just want to adjust the rod lenght

Lengthen it. Its too short then if your boosting that much with the 5 pound spring.

You wouldn't be able to lower the boost right now with just a MBC.

MBC is can be used to raise the boost, once you set the WGA lower. Since you already have the 5 psi spring in you just need to adjust the length of the rod.

curse alot and hope u can get a wrench in there.. lol. honestly its a b****.. u have to contort your hand to angles it shouldnt be bent.. or just take the wga all the way off and adjust it and reinstall it
