I decided to get out before anything seriously wrong happened to my car...The dealership was unable to replicate the crunching sound after I took it back in again and after being sent home with a clean bill of health I was through...They had tried the lubing of the bushings, but it only worked for a day or two before the sound came back...I had my wife listen outside of the car as I backed out of our driveway and she could hear the clunking loud & clear...I wish my 5 would have faired better because I really love the car...
I traded in th 5 for an '08 Toyota FJ Cruiser...This thing is a freaking monster!!! It's built like a tank, I love it!!!
If anyone is interested in the full front nose mask and t-shaped hood cover and tinted window visor/inserts please shoot me a PM...If you want the nose mask, I'll throw in the inserts for free and pay the shipping for them...The mask and inserts have never been used and are 100% brand new...
