2007~2015 Rear A/C Noise

I have a random "clunk" that comes from my rear A/C. Sounds like a vent door getting stuck, then slamming closed/open. Doesn't do it all the time, but enough to be annoying, and loud. I was able to prevent it by disabling the rear HVAC, but after using it over the winter, now it is shut off again and clunking on or off.

Anybody had this happen? Or maybe had the center console or rear A/C out/accessed? Been trying to find diagrams to see what is inside there, but not finding anything.

Forgot I have some pics from when I repaired the rear vents, but doesn't really tell me much.

Found this in my Mitchell's. Gotta be one of the actuators (17,18) or the bled door itself.

You might be able to find some info in the HVAC section at this link. It is for a 2014 but should be very similar, and there is a trouble shooting section.

And there also seems to be an onboard diagnostic that can be done on the HVAC control to detect malfunction
