New Pads

hey Guys,

After last nights run, in need of some new pads.

I currently have Hawks HPS pads and there incredibly s***. One run and they were smoking, recommendations please? Should say was looking at EBC reds thoughts?

Should have just gone Mazda6 Brakes and then I'd be able to get a half decent pad.

Hmm, I have Hawk HP plus and have never had any fade issues on multiple track days.

Yeah I just got HPS as I couldnt find HP+ online other then rears.

miata guys recommend Porterfield R4S, it's tried and true and I have heard good things about them for years
otherwise, mazda OEM is the way to go... hardly anything is better than OEM, porterfields are one of the exceptions

I have run the Porterfields on my MSP and they worked extremely well, even @ Mid-Ohio. I curretly run Cobalt Friction Pads (race pads), expensive and used for HPDE's and Time Trials.......
