Dunno. Numbers don't lie though, and yes am resetting the trip meter at fill up every time from a completely full tank and resetting it at fill up. Only thing I can think of that is affecting the.mpg like this is my conservative driving. Who knows, the former owner could have put the taller 4th gear in...dunno. my spec sheet/dealership window sticker does say 5 speed manual transmission with overdrive....that could have some affect on it. But I'm regularly seeing around 34-36 mpg in town and 40+ highway
Looked at the tires again, I'm running hankook option h426 in 195/50-16 on stock wheels. Going to change that out as soon as I can afford new tires for.the 17" lowenhart sniper wheels that my friend just gave me. That'll probably bring mpg down some, but they are going to be my summer wheels anyhow, so no big deal. Looking at 205/40-17
