Thanks, Abbie, but for some reason that link isn't functioning. I tried it before posting. Anyway, I had saved copies before, and have dragged them to iBooks in my iPhone 6+, thus allowing me to clear out space in the glove compartment. For gloves, of course. ;-)

The link takes you to the right page, but the "select a year" drop down menu has no years in it.

It took about 10 - 15 seconds after landing on the page, but it does fill in the year after that.

Yeah, I'm only at 5 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up and it didn't take that long. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
