I need to replace my lift gate lower trim because of some damage, but I can't find info on how to remove it, I downloaded the service manual from here:

But when checking the part that I need to replace, it says to remove the liftgate garnish, but that instructions were not posted, anyone have info? I have remove the interior trims but I can't seem to pop the blue pins,
