Inside Fan When A/C is on is Loud

On my 2008 CX-9, when I turn on my A/C cool air comes out but the fan from the front vents are making a loud sound. Is this a major issue, I've also noticed water on the ground by the drivers side under the vehicle. Does anyone have any answers or solutions.

here you go, extremely common problem with the CX-9 , easy fix, just need a can of compressed air , see Avidien's video in this link
