Use a 3 ton Jack if you can get one to lift on the lower control arm closest to the front of the hub. Be very carefull if you decide to place the jack on the ball joint. You only need to lift the cntrl. arm slightly so you should be o.k. Move the spindle at the same time and you should have no problem from there lining up the bolts. Also make sure that the nuts on top of the strut tower plate are somewhat loose so that you can have more movement to work with.
