I just think my mazda3 would look nice with a "spotlight" on by the side mirrors. Police cars and taxi cabs have them. Any idea how I can have these installed? Can a dealership do this for me? I know dealerships will be expensive as I have inquired about adding foglights to my car as well and they said it's about $500 plus, parts and labor included.

MD. Do those window tinting and custom wheel shop generally would do such thing for me? Does this require drilling a hole in the car?
Is it better to install just one (driver side) instead of having the passenger side as well? What do you think? And lastly, what's a good product I should look into? I looked around, prices vary from $20 and up. My car is black mica so I should get the color black.
