My turbo was working until a couple minutes ago. Now my car doesn't boost at all. Even under WOT, there is no boost. The turbo doesn't even spool up. In neutral, my vaccumn is at 20, and under WOT my vaccumn is at 10. It doesn't pass go over 20 or under ten. Anyone know what the problem is?

My mechanic finished up some body work from a front end collision. I have a carbon fiber hood, and he noted no cracks in the resin or the carbon fiber itself. But my hood looks like this. It's only on the driver side.
