    Make sure you attach the fairing to the load bars as shown below: The two inner attachment points are at the end closest to the fairing whereas the two outer ones, closest to the load bars. Hope this makes sense.

    I needed to replace one of my foglight units and found out that the fog lamp itself is exactly the same in the RX-8's. It was available in 3 different colors: clear, blue or multi colour tints. It was cheaper to get it off eBay than get it thru JapanParts.

    IIRC: There was no model yr which had the LED 3rd brake light mounted behind the rear glass. 2007 got the new rear spoiler w/the built in 3rd brake light.

    Mazda3 (and others) switchblade keyfob

    The fob is 2 parts: the remote part and the key part. The key part, if the OP has not cut it yet, can be cut with the same key as your original ones. If the OP has already cut the key, you would have to go to your dealer and get the key part and get it cut.

    Installed some rear chrome dipped turn bulbs as well as replaced the bushings on my rear eibach swaybar with some prothane greaseable ones.
