Yes, all gaskets changed out with new. I'm going to try a completey new oil filter housing cartridge today...(if the dealership has any in stock). I'm praying that will fix the problem. Do you know if there's anything else that might be causing maybe a pressure issue? Thanks for the insight!

There's some play with the sway bar with shot bushings (what dealer told me). You'll be able to tell if you can get a crowbar or something up there and see if it's a little loose.

Check your front and rear sway bar bushings. I have a speed3 and the front bushings on mine went after about 50,000 miles. Car was clunking all over road imperfections.

Have the front sway bar bushings replaced. I had the dealer do it and the car is now noise and rattle free from underneath. Was about $230 which is a bit pricey, but I don't have the tools or the patience in sub freezing weather to do it myself. Its a lengthy install. Well worth the money imo...
