I believe its in the intake tube between the air filter housing and the throttle body. Go look up install instructions for any cold air intake and it should have a diagram pointing out the sensor.

I picked an '07 with 17K miles on it a couple months ago for $14K. Sport trim level with a 5-spd ATX. No problems, but I'm only at 20K miles as of today.

Quick thought, if the 2.0L stock front sway bar is smaller than the 2.3L, that may be a possibility for a swap.

^I agree the cali-axela. If you invest in a good set of coilovers, camber plates, and mounts you should see better tire wear. The stock mounts are a compromise made by the OEM to appeal to the masses, and when pushed hard will flex and change suspension geometry. Quaility pillowball mounts...

Previously I owned a '03 VW GTI 1.8T that I tracked twice and autox'd about six times, all in stock trim. I eventually upgraded the rear sway bar and threw on a set of Eibach coilovers. Unfortunately I only had that set-up for a few months and never made it to a track or autox before parting...

I have 205/50/17 S-Drives on 17x7.5 Enkie rims on my 3. They are good tires, significantly better than General UHP's I've had on previous cars.

Has anyone tried just upgrading sway bars and leaving the rest of the suspension stock? Thanks, Kevin
