Yellowspeed customer service

Has anyone had to deal with Yellowspeed customer service? I've been driving on blown struts for 3 weeks now without having gotten an email reply back from them..even Cres from cr3 motorsports can't get in touch with their rep. I mean, come on. I'm sure Taiwan can be reached by email in 5 min. Very frustrated right now as my car feels like a freaking rock on going over bumps.
 
Did you ever get resolution to this problem? I think I blew a strut today and need replacement.
 
how long were y'all on them before they blew I got a set haven't installed them yet. This is the first Ive heard of them going out since they are still kinda newish.
 
I had mine for over 2 years and 40k. I'm still not sure if they are blown. I need to get the car on a lift so I can see for sure.
