I'd prefer to trade for a lightly modded P5 + cash on their side.
The car is great; however, i'm a busy person w/ little time for car tuning.

Got Cres's old corbeau drivers seat and 4 point brace
Upgraded swaybar endlinks
Upgraded sidemount intercooler
Hardpipes
Injen SRI
Samco radiator hoses
Forge BOV & BPV
New irridum sparkplugs and sparkplug wires
new fuel filter
cat-back exhaust
Regularly changed oil w/ mobile one synthetic oil
Gear oil recently replaced w/ redline gearl oil
AWR shortshifter
AWR shortshifter bushings
SU motor mounts

That's all i can remember for now.

The clutch is original; however, it does still pull hard!
No rust
The interior is super clean
Turbo does not leak any oil and spools up fine!
