WTB Rho plate

Just got pulled over today for not having plates (still have dealer plate on, took down my registration sticker a long time ago). I don't have front holes, so I'm hoping to get a rho plate! Let me know if you've got one laying around!

Just make your own it costs like $7 in parts.

Whats an rho plate? i am guessing. I do not have one but am interested in what it is. looking forward to the picture. iw as so pissed when the dealership drilled for the front plate when they said they would not, before delivery. thanks for the help in advance and sorry to interupt your business folks!.
