WTB: Guitar Hero Controller, PS2 Wheel Lap Attachment

Don't suppose anyone has a Guitar Hero controller for cheap? I don't feel like shelling out $40 for a controller for the second player, but I don't really want to wait for the sequel to come out either.

Secondly, I'm also looking for lap attachments/adapters for the Logitech wheels for the PS2. Something like this.
