I have exactly what you need. I dismantled my seat so shipping will be easier. All I will send you will be the bottom cushion and seat back as two seperate peices. You'll just need to mount them to the adjustment assembly on the bottom and the reclining hinge for the seat back. I can get pictures in a view days. Let me know.
