My android phone works fine but I can not get the contacts to load in from my wife's windows phone. The phone is paired and works in the CX5 GT but I can't seem to get the contacts in. I got it I reset the windows phone and deleted the pairing the phone and CX5 and then paired it back up and the contacts loaded. To reset the Windows phone hold down the power and lower volume buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds.
