Any film that blocks 99%-100% of UV light will lower internal temperatures some. I personally love 3M film as they know what their doing when it comes to chemical technology. Only ever had 1 car tinted myself, but it was a really professional job and the tint film was fantastic. Make sure you find a good installer too, makes ALL the difference
