That wouldn't really matter.

The main thing that would make it NOT work is the fact that it doesn't have a place for the cam sensor.

BTW, it does have a vent for the engine case.

And unless the coil packs ground through their mount points, they should be ok too, just kinda sitting there on top of the spark plugs.

That's a really nice looking valve cover though.

Actually I think I know who this is from my old days on the www.Probetalk.com . If it's the same guy he really does top quality work and you can just ship him your valve cover if you can be without it for a week or two, or buy a spare and have him powdercoat it.
