What's the biggest tire I can fit for the CX-5 ?

I want the biggest and widest AT tires mounted on an used set of 20x8.5 +42 wheels that I can fit. I rarely drive it so speedo does not have to be perfect.

Does anyone know the max diameter and width that won't cause rubbing issue when making u-turns? Will I need spacers? Help appreciated.

Researcg wilson zombie cx-5 they have fit 29.9" goodyear wrangler silent armor tires on 235/70/17

I got 245/70/16 - grabber at2 coming for test fit - 29.5"

grabber at2 that i ordered is same diameter but about 9-10# lighter per tire. also BFG is only available in LT which is not needed in our cars since we dont payload alot anyway..
