What Wheel Sizes are Possible on a Protege5?

Id like to know if a 17x8.25 +35 would fit without interference with the factory oem strut.

How would the wheel sit with the body of the car? Poked, Flush? The P5 is lowered ofcourse.

Any Info would be greatly appreciated.

I have just bought 18x10 wheels and they fit on the back with no need of spacers I have then 18x8.5 on the front had no prob putting them on hope this helps ?!

on a protege5, you will have plenty of clearance from the strut, but the fenders will need SERIOUS work for no rubbing

i plan on running a 205/40 tire. ive got a pretty talented guy to roll the fenders

Im also curious on wheel and tire fitment. Im thinking of getting some 169+20 offset with 205/40r16s . I want to lower it but dont want to camber i cant afford tires all the time to be ate up from camber. Would this not be a good set up or should i get something with less width or offset?
