What goes on the rear bumper where number plate lights go? 2014 Mazda2

Hi Guys

i have a 2014 mazda 2 sport edition DE version bought it recently and just noticed something at the rear bumper

Where the number plate bulb holders go there seems to be only 2. Am i right in thinking there is supposed to be 3 bulbs?

Also it almost looks as if some sort of cover is missing above the number plate bulb holders? Seems like a lot of empty space and the wires exposed. Does anyone know the part number for the cover?

Had a search on the forum but can’t find anything on this.

I think that might just be how it is for you guys. You could add a backup camera to the middle portion by getting another shell and cover+camera.

In the US, we only have a cutout for a single license light in the middle.
