What did you pay for your CX-5?

Fiance and I just purchased a new Stormy Blue Touring FWD yesterday, was able to work a good deal. No packages, but wheel locks and bumper guard were included. Dealer MSRP $25560 but they gave us a $500 rebate and on top of that was able to work close to $300 more off sale price. Before tax, we ended up at $24,673, which is well below TMV for our area. On top of that we got a free tank of gas.

We just picked up a '14 AWD Touring with the Tech and Bose package. MSRP was $27,945. There aren't currently any dealer incentives or rebates, but we did get it for $27,000 total. I'm had them throw in a copy of the Star Trek/Mazda movie poster. :)

Just got a touring cx-5 with cargo tray cargo cover and all weather floor mats and LoJack for 26550 OTD. It's liquid silver and we couldn't be happier.

Anyone think I can get a Touring AWD for 23,500 = 25700 OTD? I am already seeing online offers for 24,300 and 24,390. All of these exclude freight and TTL. I figure in the best case scenario I can push 500-1000 below the internet offers. Besides, I already have an offer for a RAV4 at 23,000.

Idk if that's possible considering the msrp is 26660 for a base touring awd. add tax into that, I doubt they'll discount it 3000ish. hope you can swing a deal for 25700, keep us posted.

I got an offer for 24,300 = 26,450 OTD for Touring / AWD / no packages. If they push a few hundred lower, say, 26100, I'd probably be willing to buy. My offer on a RAV4 mid tier also with AWD is already below 23,500 = 25700 OTD so I am looking to be within a few hundred of the RAV4 price.

You guys are getting some amazing deals!
I live in NJ and I've been shopping around last few weeks.
2014 new CX-5 Touring, AWD, White, no other options.
Best I got is 28,100 OTD (MSRP ranged from 25,600 to 26,600 but once they started adding on fees and tax it went over 28K at all dealerships)
I really negotiate pretty hard at three different dealers in NJ and one in NY.
I think I'm just going to pick it up this weekend. This whole car buying experience is stressing me out.

That's a great deal! AWD Touring is 26660 MSRP and I don't think I can push it below 25,9-- OTD.

NJ and NY OTD prices are going to be higher than anywhere else because I'm pretty sure your guys' sales tax is really high. Aim for a base price of 23,300-23,700. Try to pay no other fees other than TTL and freight, and possibly 200$-300$ extra.

As you will see, here in Canada we really get ... **** by stealership

Just in case it makes a difference to someone, I traded in a 2001 Toyota Camry for $2,500 which lowered the tax slightly on the deal. The offer the dealership gave me over email (before they knew about the trade-in) was $26,000 flat OTD. Also, I paid cash...no financing.

This is the final number I got for 2014 White Touring AWD no other options,
$25,719 MSRP
$1,800.33 NJ tax 7%
$399 Doc fee
$200 DMV fee

$28,118.33 OTD
That's it for me I'm just going to take this deal and call it a day.

Picked this up today.

Silver CX-5 FWD GT with tech. Drive out price was $31300. Happy with the purchase. Put nearly 120 miles on it today.

Need to setup sirius radio though

New the forum...Looking at joining you folks with CX5's. I have emailed 15 dealerships in NC about a Pearl White AWD Touring.

first offer:
The CX-5 Touring with a rack has an MSRP of $26910, invoice of $26,118 and I would sell the car to you for 26118+++. Tax $783.54, Doc fee of $489 and license plate for $74 bringing the total out the door to $27,464.54.

Thoughts?

I would wait til you get more offers and then play them against each other. Ask for the OTD price (sounds like that's what you did) so you can easily compare offers. It's the end of the week and month so dealers should be fighting for the sale to meet quotas.

2014 Soul Red Touring AWD, No Tech package, No Moon No Bose, Roof Rack, Rear Bumper Guard, Wheel Locks (not that I cared) $27,304 out the door. And btw for those of you that don't absolutely have to have the moonroof should first listen to the stock stereo I am quite pleased with it, Bose was not worth the extra bucks IMO.

10 days 585 miles averaging 27 MPG in mixed driving - could not be happier with this car. The xenon headlights were a big improvement over my old car almost enjoy driving it more at night!

Man, how did you get the GS AWD for $28,573? Here in Vancouver MSRP for the GS AWD is $30,650, and the invoice price from unhaggle.com is $28,421. We pay the same $1,895 PDI as well.
