Water in Wheel Wells?

Hi
I noticed I have water collecting in the left rear wheel wheel. Not sure about the right one yet ( doesn't seem to be). Are there factory drain holes that might be clogged? It looks like there is a little rubber plug. If not, what is the usual remedy for draining? I think it might be coming in near the top of the light assembly.

Sorry, if this has been covered before. I did a search and was not able to find a good answer.

Me too. I never found any seam that needed RTV. I RTV'd the taillight and re-installed it. No Mas. I keep a sponge in there and wring it out after a rain...

No wrecks. ever.
