and im pretty sure the black wire is the ground and the black wire with blue strip is the power on the primary fan side

I was having problems with my fan controller. (probably broke during shipping) Anyways I hooked it up straight to the relay. Then used a switch on the ignition line. Works great.

Sorry for bumping an old thread... quick question. Does this relay setup still allow both fans to turn on when the "AC only fan" is told by the ecu/AC system to turn on?
I live in FL and AC is mandatory. I want to make sure the AC system won't be negatively effected by this mod.

Both fans still work with the AC.
