VICS/VTCS solenoid question

Hey guys,

I have a 01 Protege MP3 and its throwing a code with the OBD scanner (no CEL though).

Code is P0660 "Manifold Tuning Valve Control Circuit/Open (Bank 1)"

The MP3 doesn't come with VTCS on the manifold, should I be even getting this code??

What do you guys think?

P0660 is for the VICS, which the MP3 does have

Okay thanks I just realized they are the same solenoids and there is one next to it not plugged in. Swapped it over
