Nice find. I suppose this is not shocking, just the exact reason i don't visit a shop in less i have to. Do your own maintenance and you save yourself a lot of money and frustration.

ya shops love to screw people out of thousands. I remember one time i went to a shop here in calgary and they ended up putting in used coils in my car and charging me for new ones. I know this because i took the cover off and took the coils out to see them. The car ended up still missfiring and i had to bring it back again and they finally put in the new coils they charged me for. also had my clutch replaced when my lsd broke for no real rerason
